Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your items as most sales are handmade-to-order. If you like a particular style of earring but not the color we will make it with the color you chose. Please email us at mellisa@carrabellocostumejewelry.com or call to check on the availability of colors. Include which color in the description box once you have verified availability. Please allow extra delivery time for special orders. Due to limited availability of colors some items may vary from what is pictured. If your item is not available we reserve the right to send a comparable item of equal value. We accept Checks, Money Orders, & PayPal (PayPal payments must be sent to missyc77@yahoo.com. If you don't have a PayPal account go to PayPal.com and sign-up. It's fast and free!) Please make all checks and money orders out to Mellisa Carrabello. Items won't be mailed until payment clears. There is a $25.00 NSF fee for all returned checks.

Return Policy

If there is a problem with your order please contact us within 24 hours via phone or email. Items must be returned in good condition within 7 days to receive refund. All refunds will be issued by check within 7-14 days. Only the product purchase price will be refunded; sorry no shipping & handling charges will be refunded.
